Paladin Sports Outreach is a 501(c)3 nonprofit using sports as a bridge to reach children and families with the love of Jesus. Since 2008, we’ve planted local sports programming where kids belong, grow in character, and hear the Gospel. We empower local volunteers to coach, mentor, and disciple their communities through sports.

From One City to a Nationwide Vision

In 2008, Paladin Sports Outreach began with a simple idea: bring Christ-centered sports programs to a community in need. What started as a few volunteers, a handful of kids, and a prayer on a dusty field in San Tan Valley has grown into a thriving network of faith-filled sports opportunities reaching thousands of young athletes each year.

Today, Paladin serves nine communities—each with its own local leaders, volunteer coaches, and families working together to disciple the next generation through sports. We’ve seen shy first-timers become team captains, parents who never stepped inside a church join Bible studies, and coaches discover their calling as mentors and spiritual leaders.

But our vision doesn’t stop here. By 2026, we aim to launch Paladin chapters across the country—equipping missionary-minded leaders to plant programs in their own neighborhoods. With your help, we can provide the training, resources, and funding they need to make it happen.
